Honest, Upfront Pricing

We perform all work using an honest, upfront pricing format. Our Time + Materials billing ensures that you pay only for the time spent working on your home, not an inflated estimate. We provide a written itemized proposal indicating what all services will be done, what materials are included, what materials the customer is expected to provide, what is the estimated time to complete your project, an also a payment schedule.

During Construction

Martin Vega takes the responsibility of remodeling your home very seriously, I know remodeling in your home can be inconvenient, so I commit myself to concentrate on your project only, until i'm done or i can move to the next phase. I do all the actual work myself, with a helper or two, I oversee all work being done, helpers don't make final decisions. Dust and noise are inevitable but we try to control it as much as possible.
