Work Description: Patch some dry wall .. sand and paint it
Comments: Sounds professional and work is professional if he would finish and keep with appointments. Price was great to begin with till there was a bait and switch later on. Agreed on a price of $200 $150 for patch work and $50 for painting it. Then he asked for a finders fee and travel fee and jumped it up to almost $300 Low scores based on over all work.. Some work was great and should have a 5 star but they will not get those stars. Job left 80% done. Will finish the rest my selft-
