Comments: Delayed review.... but Nick was the best. My AC was blowing warm air so I called to get someone to look at it. Luckily he was in the area and squeezed me in. Fixed my AC unit quickly. Comments: I originally wrote a bad review about 365 Kool because I was upset about the billing for the work I had 365 Kool do. When I received my credit card statement, it did not agree with the receipt I had. However, the mistake was mine as there were two receipts and I was looking at the wrong one. I apologize for being angry and making a bad review, particularly since it was my mistake. Comments: My AC unit would not work. I called 365 Kool came right away. Checked the unit and found that my thermostat was broken not the unit. Had the parts and unit on hand. Amazing service! Thank you again 365 Kool. Just purchased a house and wanted everything checked. My friend recommended 365 Kool. They came in and check it out and replaced the parts that we broken. I just called them again to have them service my furnace! Amazing company! Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair or Service I called everywhere last winter when my furnace was not working. Everyone wanted to make appointment for estimates. I needed it fixed. When I called 365 Kool they came down right away. Checked the unit and gave me a price. The fixed it immediately.
