Comments: On the very hot day my HVAC system failed, Saeid Fotouri 2BA Air Quality Control, came to my house within hours of my call. A soft-spoken man, who carefully put on shoe covers before entering, looked carefully at my HVAC equipment. Once he saw the problem, he gave me a precise and understandable diagnosis of my problem and what he'd need to do to fix it. Notably, he identified the costs. There were no surprises.
