Comments: Wish i could give 0 stars, these guys are a joke. "Repaired" roof after tree damaged it. Pieced together my soffit... put pine 1x6 up as fascia. Roof leaks talked to rep said they only stand behind their shingles. Sent guys out did nothing. For your roofing needs use overhead solutions and not these hacks!Sheboygan WI

Their price was significantly better than their competitors, even using the exact same products. The salesman was very informative, the crew that did the work was outstanding and left the area very clean, and the turn around time was fabulous!I’d recommend New Heights to everyone!

Lightbulb broke in socket, outdoor light rehung upside down, cigarette butts in yard, Nails to be expected as it was snowing, trim is crooked, left a piece of fence on ground and magically are now unreachable. The owner/operator is quite a piece of work. Yells at crew on phone and belittles customers. Crew is mainly Spanish speaking so the barrier with language can be tough. Careless but fast.Oshkosh WI

Comments: Workers were outstanding. 1 Day and done. Management, not so much. Was told a price. Then the next day they called said we can come out tomorrow and do it for a less price, so they did, now they told the insurance company the higher price and said they would SUE them if they didn't get the higher amount. For 6 weeks after roof was done they kept calling leaving voicemails asking if I was ready to do my roof before the end of year. Also took them over 2 months to finally get back with me for the remainder of roof cost and called me by a different name. If management had a rating, it would be 1 star.Eagle River WI

Comments: This was a good experience all around. Right from the start,, they showed me that they wanted my business. From calling me, on a Sunday to make sure the consultant could find where I live. On Tuesday the consultant got to my house, did a estimate, sat down with me, showed me the products, and got me the pricing. After that, I was floored when he told me that they could do the job the very next day. Unreal! Right! So I took them up on it, The next day there's a dumpster in the driveway, and 5 workers up on my roof. ( the dumpster was on wood to protect my cement driveway) These guys putting on my roof kicked butt! They had all the work finished by 5:30 that evening. Everything cleaned up, and back in their trucks by 6:00 and gone. Very professional from everybody that works here. I would recommend this roofing company to anybody that needs a roof. Comments: They were here at 8:00 and had the tare off and all the bad wood replaced they were done by 11:30 they cleaned up behind them selfs had a tarp layed down they also ran the ground for nails and staples than at 12:30 the truck came they worked until 8:00 they cleaned up behind them selfs i was very impressed the next day when we got up on the roof they had two things wrong so the next day they sent a guy back and he fixed things that were not are complaint and he could not understand what we wanted made more of a mess . but to get someone over for a inspection was the rough part took a week to finally get things refixed right and it seemed like all they cared about was getting there moneySussex WI

Comments: Got our estimate. They came the next day to do the work.They got here and there were 5 guys. They all worked great together, communicated well. They did our roof and our shed in one day. Through out the process they were constantly cleaning up. They laid tarps out made sure the flowers were covered. Once the job was done they cleaned up again. Our roof looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
