Work Description: We had an autofill intalled on my steam boiler and a drain pipe repaired on a bath tub.
Comments: Andy was outstanding! He did the work in a timely fashion and in an exceptionally professional way. He also answered my many questions on other plumbing matters that allowed me save a substantial amount. He even hooked up a part to my radiant floor heat that was improperly installed in the first place, leading to the system working properly for the first time in eight years. Work Description: Cleared tub drain. Paid for by my landlord.
Comments: The original plumber tried to clear blockage with air only, which did not work. So he called in a drain clearer with a snake. This did work. However, the tub was left a little dirty and I had to clean it before I could shower. Also, the original plumber did not ask me about anything else. I could have use some advice or work on the bathroom sink which sometimes leeks. Also, the toilet backs up sometimes. I wish he had talked to me about other things. He was in such a rush that I did not have time to discuss other issues.Canton MA
