As housing prices continue to drop, Baltimore-area residents appear increasingly reluctant to put their homes up for sale. With the market shrinking, many realtors say the only way to sell is to have a perfect house, and take a low price. Take one family, for example, who managed to sell their home for slightly less than the price they had paid for it in 2004.
