Work Description: Re-grade section of yard, plant grass seeds. Build 30' x 3' retaining wall, building a 6' privacy fence on top of the wall. Demo old patio and replace with 10' x 30' concrete patio, stamped and colored.
Comments: We had some major and challenging work done on our property in 2015. We asked for bids from several places and Xtreme was the only one willing to listen to my vision, and was willing to match my requests. Furthermore, their bid for what I needed, and a few of my wants was about 1/3 what others were going to charge to do much less, and not what I would have even wanted.When we accepted the bid from Xtreme and paid our down payment, I knew they were a young company which may take longer to complete the work than an older or name brand company due to staff size. At the time it seemed to be a company of 4-5 people. We signed our contract in March 2015. The Summer of 2015 was very rainy, which is not good for re-grading a large area of yard, building a retaining wall, building a privacy fence on top of that wall or building a new concrete patio. My job required things to be done in a very specific order and unfortunately the rain delayed work beginning until September. I called to check in, and Xtreme called and checked in with me weekly. I understood that working outdoors meant that the weather was always a factor. The Only delays I experienced were due to weather, never due to an incompetency on the part of Xtreme.
Quality and MY SATISFACTION was first priority with Xtreme. I am Very Very happy with the work done, and how quickly everything came together once work began. My new favorite “room” is out patio and backyard. I would be glad to recommend Xtreme to a friend noting that a good $deal can mean some extra patience in scheduling.
*I waited a few months to post a review to make double sure there weren't any hidden issues with the work. Its been 6 months and we are still just as pleased by the work as we were when work concluded.

He gave me great advice and pricing unfortunately the deal fell through on the house my daughter put a contract on so I was not able to use them, however I called back for a bid on my driveway and they said they would come bid it.
