Description: Whirly Maid opened it's doors in 2004 and became a sole-proprietorship in 2007. Laura LaMonaco, founder and owner of Whirly Maid wanted to provide an in demand service with outstanding customer service.
Today, Laura re-opens the doors in Los Angeles where she now resides and has amazing plans for the company and future employees.
Whirly Maid is a house cleaning business that will offer integrity, loyalty, trained, bonded and insured employees.
Whirly Maid is open Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 10am-6pm and Friday 7am-6pm
Laura's idea behind Whirly Maid is to help busy individuals, families and professionals by offering a needed service without worry.
She states "I want my customers to be able to come home and spend time with their spouses and children without worrying when they will have time to clean again."
For the ease of customers, Whirly Maid currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check, Cash, Money Order and PayPal.
We do not charge by the hour. Our company charges by the sqft, the amount of work that needs to be done and how often the services in needed.
For a weekly clean for a home under 1000 sqft you are looking at $45-$100
*Whirly Maid also offers move-out services.
Our move-out services may be priced higher then most and that is because of what we offer.
What is in a Move-Out clean?
1) knocking any and all cobwebs down. We literally work from top to bottom in each room. Baseboards, sweet, vacuum and or mop floors
2) Light covers and switch and outlet covrs
3)Remove (within reason) wall marks... crayon, scuffs etc
Kitchen includes
Stove top hood, Stove Top, Oven, Sink, counter surface.
Bathroom includes
Shower, shower head, faucet, grime scrub or hard water removed in shower and or toilet and sink. Cabinet drawers, medicine cabinets, mirrors.
Move-outs are a minimum of $150.00
We require a $50.00 deposit before initial clean to guarantee pay.
For move-outs we require a deposit of $100.00 24 hours before scheduled cleaning. If the payment in not received by the 8am the next day you must reschedule.
