Work Description: Interior painting in a home with 9 foot ceilings and crown molding throughout. Due to many doorways and windows this included extensive trim work.

Comments: I was very pleased with Trilogy Home Solutions and would highly recommend them. I would hire them again.

Work Description: Hired to paint kitchen, sitting room and living room. Two colors with primer. Promised to complete in 2 days with 3 gallons of primer and 2 gallons each of paint from Sherwin Williams that he chose.

Comments: No sense of urgency to complete job. Showed up between 9:00 and 10:00 AM, took 1 hour + for lunch and left at 5:00 until third day when we told him he had to stay to complete. Ran out of paint for kitchen so I went to pick up additional gallon. Ran out again and I had to buy another quart. He didn't use primer along baseboards and ceilings which required more paint to cover. By day 3 at 6:00 PM it was apparent he would not finish. We ended up painting around large window sills, replacing all blinds, curtain rods, furniture etc. By that time we just wanted him out of there so I told him to pack up and go.
Would definitely not hire again.
