Comments: We were impressed with Jack Looney's estimate and his plan. The work took longer but that was because he did an excellent repair to the threshold and took the time to fit the door properly. Comments: Jack is very professional and detail-oriented. You will never hear, "I ran into an undforeseen problem" from him, as he figures out how to do the job properly the first time. He has also been the low bid on some work I've asked him to do. Friendly, trustworthy, gets the job done right and completely (how many times have you had a contractor that will do everything "but the finish work" - why would i want something 7/8 complete???) Not Jack, he does everything from start to finish. I not only recommend him, I call him first for anything.Newark DE

Work Description: Paint the trim on my aluminum sided (3 aluminum sides with a brick front) Toll Bros. house.
Comments: I highly recommand Jack Looney and his Solaris Construction, LLC. He won't be the low bid, but you will get what you pay for. He did three full days of prep work - sanding, taping, caulking, and priming - before applying the final coat of paint. In addition, he did a fine job of repairing a wainscotting strip on the upper part of the front. Jack even came back, on his own, to correct a drip on the trim below the large palladian window and remove a couple of paint smudges on a screen.
