Comments: Cleveland (the company owner) is knowledgeable and his team looks professional. They installed 2 HVAC systems for good price.However, they have not left Warranty papers for one HVAC. They said that for warranty HVAC needs to be registered, but they didn’t register them for me. And they are always busy and often don’t answer the phone most of the time.
I am not sure if they will help me in case if I will have problems with my HVACs.
Also they have promised to install YORK HVACs but then brought RUUD.
But so far HVACs work well.
