Work Description: Tile
Comments: This company should be out of business. I hired them to install a beautiful back splash. I perchased expensive tile made of mother of pearl and glass. I was told be Marisa that two men would be at my home to install. I explained everything I needed and asked a lot of questions on how it would be done. I felt good about the company, and I loved that a female was in charge, I thought she was cool. The day came and I only had one man show up. His english was choppy, I was trying get past it but it was so hard to understand him.I was painting in the next room,so I didn't notice that he was doing such a sloppy job. I did notice that he didn't have spacers! I asked hime and it says " NO WE DONT NEED NO SPACERS" I see that he messing up around my expensive outlets. He is putting grout on the outlet. I call Marisa and ask her to come and look at it. She hangs up with me to call the worker and then he puts on speaker phone and they talk in spanish and tells me it will look good. This story is very long, To make it short. I'll just say that Marisa would not return my calls for three weeks! I finally got her to answer and it had been one excuse after another. I have had several people at my house to see my kitchen. The electrician says" This is the worst tile job I've ever seen" He thought we did it ourself! People feel sorry for me because they know how much ( 2K) That I spent on the tile. I was so excited, but now, I'm very sad and angry. Every time I walk in my kitchen I see the disaster in front of me. I going to talk to my lawyer now.Houston TX

Work Description: Duque installed a new subfloor, shower pan, shower bench, and reptiled the lower half of my shower. I had alresdy performed most of the demolition, and approached Duque when I realized I needed help.
Comments: Duque completed the work one day over the original schdule, which was understandable since various glitches turned up, beyond their control. Nevertheless, their quality was excellent, they did not try to turn normal obstacles into extra charges, they alllowed me to participate throughout construction. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future.Houston TX

Work Description: Replaced 20 X 20 tile (10) which was damaged during foundation work.

Work Description: We need one of our modular enclosures at the Costco store in Sugarland, TX painted on the outside walls. The enclosure is inside the Costco Store.
Comments: Was called on Friday and told they needed the job done right away. Arranged to be there on Monday and got the job done in 1 day. They made sure they did not get anything on Cosco merchandise and the customer was ecstatic with the work ethics and professionalism. Have referred them over to the other branches of the business.-
