If your home was built before 1978, prep work performed by a non-certified contractor is not only illegal, but potentially poisonous to you and your family.

Exterior
Before beginning an exterior paint job, we will thoroughly power wash your house, and carefully tie plants and tree limbs that need to be held away from the siding. We will allow the siding to dry for a full day, and then begin by scraping and sanding any cracked or peeling paint. Any cracking or exposed nail heads will be caulked, and any holes will be patched. These areas will be spot primed as needed before all windows, brick, stone, and other surfaces are masked off to protect them from overspray or dripping paint.

Interior
Your flooring and furniture will be covered with plastic and drop cloths as needed to protect them from dust and paint. Any holes in the drywall will be patched and sanded, and any cracks will be caulked. These areas will be spot primed as needed, so that they don't show through the final coat of paint.
