Work Description: Cleaning of a medium size area rug and two small braided rugs - one a short runner.
Comments: The temperature plummeted on the night of December 12. Workers for Romeo Minga had not taken care of the trucks properly and all hoses were frozen. He thought he could get them to working using hot water from our bath tub and then asked us to turn on our outside water. Nothing worked for him. He went to a shop to repair whatever he needed to repair and came back and 'cleaned' the rugs - this time having to use one of our hoses. The coffee stains are still on the rugs. Although he said they would barely be damp, they seem quite wet. We have asked him to return the check for $140. He is friendly but did not 'deliver' on the work provided. He claimed that he could clean the dirtiest of rugs. Ours were not that dirty except for several spots. (By the way, RR Solutions is misspelled Sloutions.) VERY disappointed. Work Description: Did emergency work on our home. Replaced multiple shingles on 2 story house. Even walked the roof to check for any other leaks. Put the request Sat after 4pm and they showed up 9am Sunday morning. Price was reasonable considering it was an emergency and on a Sunday morning. They did their job, cleaned up and left. Would recommend and would use again.
