Work Description: roof repair
Comments: I called Rooftech out to check my roof for hail damage and because it was leaking. They discovered lots of hail damage. I called to file a claim with my insurance and found out I had a cosmetic exclusion. I'm on fixed income and can't afford to replace my roof out of pocket. While James was on my roof he went ahead and knocked out the repairs and stopped the leaks at no cost out of my pocket since he had some spare stuff in his truck. He had me contact a public adjuster and they were able to get my roof approved because the damage was not cosmetic! Thanks Rooftech for the new roof!Dallas TX

Comments: When my brother needed a roof fixed due to leaks he came to me. I reached out to Roof Tech Solutions. One thing I liked the most was dealing directly with the owner instead of some salesman in which I have had bad experiences in the past. Toby came out and met with me and my brother directly. After evaluating the roof he identified that the leaks were caused by storm damage. He offered us a repair price but suggested we make an insurance claim and have an adjuster come out so we did. He met with the adjuster and they both agreed the roof needed to be replaced due to storm damage. The amount my brother had to pay for the deductible was far less than what he would have had to pay for a repair and we used those savings to pay for an upgraded roof. In the end, Toby did an amazing job from start to finish making sure my brother was taken care of. The new roof looked great and I am 100% satisfied with how easy the whole process went.Brady TX
