Work Description: paint the entire interior1500 square ft, condo white
Comments: Mr. Robles ignored all our requests 1. Remove switch plates before painting (he did not), Remove any picture hooks (he did not). He did not paint the backsplash because he understood that we were tiling the backsplash But when I called him to tell him we were not (the contract included the kitchen) to please come and paint the backsplash (a very small area) and repaint some areas that were lighter at the the seam line and needed touch up, he did not return my calls. He knew we were selling and had a deadline before the pictures were being taken. I left at least 10 messages almost pleading him to come and finish the work, he never returned my calls.
