Work Description: Replaced original 14 y/o hot water tank
Comments: Rapid plumbing called me immediately with a bid. They were very professional and courteous. Jody was amazing. Replacing the tank was much more involved, as the original builders had installed all sorts of convoluted gas pipes in front of the tank. Jody installed the tank and placed all lines in an appropriate configuration and in a very timely manner. I am very impressed and will use Rapid Plumbing for any future work. Work Description: Outdoor faucet leaking under the brick because the pipe had broken again. The replacement pipe was not installed at an angle so ALL the water could drain out. Water left in the pipe froze every year and broke the pipe every year.
Comments: Jody at Rapid Plumbing did a terrific job. Highly recommended. Wish I would have used him the first time! He quickly found the problem, explained what had happened and his plan to fix it and make sure it never happened again. He had all the supplies he needed with him and had the faucet fixed in no time. Very professional, on time, and I now have a reliable plumber to count on.
