Work Description: rubber roof installation and framing
Comments: Absolute nightmare- We hired Sebastian to re-roof a 2500sf flat roofin Feb or last year. It took him 6 months to "finish" it
After six months our roof was "done" but has failed inspection and our architect suggested "ripping it off and starting over" as the joists are spaced irregularly and way too far apart, he used the wrong size joists (too small and weak), never strapped the roof to the walls (so it's just held on by gravity), he set untreated wood directly onto concrete (which rots it), and left the sides open holes with flapping roof material. He also left trash in our neighbor's yard, left trash and materials in our yard, broke a window and never cleaned it up or even mentioned it to us (we had to chase him for 2 months to recoup the $300 repair, which he said he couldn't afford!)
Now we had to hire a structural engineer to make a plan for how to reinforce our roof, and spent thousands on additional materials and labor.
We've been calling and calling him begging him for3 months to make arrangements to do the repairs necessary to pass inspection, but he dodges our calls. We even offered to share the material costs, but even that was too much effort for him...He does not stand behind his work...No integrity.

Comments: STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK! He has one excuse after another why he couldn't start the job and kept extorting more and more $$ from me. I need saw any materials that I paid for. He finally agreed to start the job and ripped off the siding, put a blue plastic tarp on the house on Nov 4 and I never saw him or my $40,000 again! BEWARE!!!! Even his workers were knocking on my door to look for him as he never paid them either.Edgewater NJ

Work Description: Replace roof and install a deck with electrical and stucco work.
Comments: This guy is a fraud. He took our money and left. He was extremely negligent. We had extensive water damage and have been displaced from our home. Then tries to extort more money to complete the job when no more money was required till the completion of the job. If you value your home and your hard earned money....beware from this con artist!-
