Comments: We needed a ramp out of our back door for our toy poodle Mocha to comfortably travel up and down on because the stairs were too hard for him. He loves the ramp and we love the quality of the wood and the work. We also love how Probuilt worked with us and incorporated the original landing (for the stairs) as part of the ramp; in addition, the numerous vertical pickets that are placed on both sides of the ramp make it much safer, which is great. Finally, the ramp was finished in a timely manner, and we knew before the job began exactly how much it would cost; Probuiltco communicates very well and has great customer service.Cary NC

Comments: ProBuiltCo. Installed a new roof and did much needed interior repairs on my father’s home. From start to finish Bill and his team did an amazing job.Bill took extensive pictures and explained the roofing and repair process to us from beginning to end. He worked tirelessly with insurance adjusters and came up with an affordable solution to what I feared would be a very expensive process. The guys were very respectful and considerate of my father (he is 95 and could not leave the house while repairs were being done). Comments: Leaky roof? No problem with these guys. Received a very fair estimate on what it may take to repair a leak we had. They sent out a small crew to look it over and they determined it would only take a few shingles to fix the area and not the big amount we had thought. Cost less than half of what we thought it would, and they even walked the roof and fixed several potential areas that could have been problems in the future.Durham NC

Bill responded within an hour of our requesting an estimate and was highly responsive throughout the entire process. He guided us through filing our insurance claim, communicated directly with the insurance adjuster on our behalf, coordinated bringing in a subcontractor to help with our solar panels while the roof was being worked on, oversaw the entire roof install, and helped us close out the claim. Comments: I needed to have some decking work/repairs done on my home - I contacted several companies to look at the project/give me an estimate. Bill at Pro Built was super responsive and came out the next day to discuss the work and options for the job. Within 2 days, I had a written estimate and detailed description of how the work would be handled. I agreed and signed a contract. Within days, Bill and his team were on site. The project was completed in two days and the work was better than I even expected!!! Pro Built stayed within budget, cleaned up the site and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I am so glad that I came across this company.
