Work Description: Bathroom Remodel
Comments: In 10/2019 I hired Premier Signature Renovations, the other business that is associated with Jason and Danielle Kreusch, to do a complete remodel of my master bathroom. Throughout the process the workmanship and communication from this company was very poorly executed. The work was so poorly done that I had to hire a new contractor to completely remove all the work that they had done to start completely over from the studs.The issues with the bathroom were many, but here are a few examples – The tiles were not properly cut, they were not laid evenly or flat on the walls and were out of alignment with the door next to the shower. The floor was not leveled resulting in the floor slopping up to 2 inches making the floor crooked. They tried to tile around a window that had water damage on the wood resulting in plaster falling out from behind the new tiles. The crew was a revolving door of new faces from one day to the next. Jason and Danielle were hardly ever in the house to supervise this job then on 10/30/19 -11/12/19 they stopped showing up without notice.
I would HIGHLY recommend researching this company in Warren County and Hamilton County where they have several outstanding issues with dissatisfied customers. I would also recommend looking up Premier Painting, LLC past business record along with Premier Signature Renovations, LLC.
