Comments: low rating because never finish job. started 4/24/14 today 4/28/14 pump still not hooked up. paid in full job not completed. said he would be back friday to see if he was coming last message asking if was coming before i went left for work he call back and said he call back in a hour did notcall back i left for work. left messages sat and sun no call back call him 8:30 this morning and told him if he was not coming to finish i would get someone else. call right back and said he would be here call him this afternoon and ask would he be here soon. not call back . 12:30 i got another
plumber to come out and finish job had to buy new pump for proper hookup. all a came say did not pay him before job is done if it more then a couple hundred dollars. the new plumber was here in 45 mins.

Comments: Great service! PME beat the Home Depot quote by about $800 and had the compressor installed within 2 days. They also gave me an extension cord (which was necessary for the heat pump) free of charge, and went out and bought a cheap thermostat for me, since my old one didn't work with the AC. The compressor broke 6 days afterwards, and when I told them about it, they immediately got on the phone with the manufacturer and had a new one installed, again within 2 days, free of charge. It's been running fine for two weeks now, and my house is nice and cool!Long Valley NJ
