Work Description: I had a pipe burst in my bathroom shower on the Friday night of Memorial Day weekend. I had to jump out and shut the water valve off for the whole apt to stop the fire hydrant-like blast.

Work Description: I had a leak in an old toilet which could not be repaired. The plumbers removed the old toilet and installed a new one.
Comments: Rather than spend hours (which translates into my dollars) trying to fix a lost cause, the plumbers spent about 1/2 an hour seeing if they could repair the leak in my old toilet. It soon became clear tht because of the difficulty that would be involved in (and maybe even the impossibility of) disassembling the old toilet, it would cost less in the end for me to get a new toilet. They picked it up and had it installed the next day and took the old one out to the curb for me. They were professional, explained eveything and cleaned up after themselves. They called when they said they would call and arrived when they said they would arrive. I would absolutely use them again.New York NY
