Work Description: Install gas piping from the exterior to gas grill and pool heater
Comments: Richard makes promises that he DOES NOT keep. He ignored my calls and texts. He installed gas piping from the exterior gas line to my gas grill and pool heater. I hired him thinking that he would actually connect the line to the heater but he didn't. He then promised that he would but then ignored my calls. Hired another plumber to complete the job.. the other plumber could not believe how much Richard charged me and didn't even connect the heater. Why would I have hired him if I didn't want it connected?Morris Plains NJ

Comments: Checked out the tank and pump for my water.Neither one was wrong. It was the well pump. He charged nothing for his service since he does not due well pumps.
He is now my plumber for life.

Work Description: Asses problem in the outside of toilet by the base. Dripping was present and was going down the pipes to the basement.
Apparently, the wax ring seal was broken and another part was damaged.

Comments: Richard was punctual, extremely friendly, his price was very reasonable, his worker -Al did an extremely nice job, they cleaned up well when finished, and overall did a superb job. I could not be more pleased.
