Work Description: Painted cabinets and walls in kitchen
Comments: Eric and family did a nice job for us. A couple of things I would have wanted different but did not discuss with him. A couple of things I discussed with him were cheerfully done. He did extra for me at no additional charge. Some contractors were in our home after the work was completed and they said he did a nice job! Some things I liked was the professional way he and family responded to me and did what he said he would do. He kept appointments when he made them with me. Comments: Eric Olds and whatever home improvement business he has started this week is a dumpster fire.He wants half his money up front and the rest before it's finished. His stooges didn't paint the window cases and they stood on my dryer and caved in the top instead of using a ladder. When I called to address the issues he refused to take responsibility and would not come to the house to address the issues without his employees. Eric Olds runs a joke business and is a hick coward.
I wouldn't pay him to pick up after my dog.

Comments: Terrible experience with the owner, Eric Olds, and his company. They are sloppy, careless, lazy and do not complete work. Awful communication and customer service. I can not caution you enough about this company.DO NOT USE!!!
