Work Description: Real Estate Advisor
Comments: One of THE WORST "contractors" I've encountered. Totally dishonest, a scam artist, and unpredictable. Hires unlicensed subcontractors that are mostly family or friends and never delivers on his contract. Gave him $10k as per contract agreement for a commercial job and conveniently went away on a "preplanned" vacation. Then mid job was a no show for 3 weeks and claimed was owed additional $10k which he "forgot" i gave him. I stopped in one night to drop off merchandise to find one of his "painters" painting in THE DARK with lights off. Turns out the guy was a full time bouncer who needed extra $$ so his "friend hooked him up". BTW the genius used the wrong paint color. When confronted threatened me verbally and proceeded to assault me in my place of business in front of witnesses. Then ironically calls the police in an effort to blame the dispute on me. Turns out the reason he was "stressed" was because he was having marital issues. This dude is a big time looser!
