Work Description: Troy responded to my voicemail message requesting a response as to his availability to install a toilet for me within a half hour. He was polite & professional in providing answers to all my questions as well as being organized & detailed in scheduling the job. He arrived punctually, worked efficiently, checked the installation thoroughly, explained what he had done, instructed us on what to check on in the next 24 hours & left us his card in case we needed to follow up with him.
