NJA Services Beginning

I'm Paul, founding owner-operator of NJA SERVICES. At the age of 16 I began working for a high-end home improvement contractor and I learned from the very best. After high school

throughout college. I apprenticed in drywall, carpentry and painting for several years. Eventually I began working as a foreman, learning how to manage crews and oversee job execution from start to finish. Ultimately, I started NJA Services, with a goal: to provide reasonably priced, high quality home improvements to residents .where we grew up, work and live. Several realtors hired me for work on their listings, and they were so thrilled with our work that they began using the NJA Services as their go-to home improvement and repair contractor when preparing homes for the market. One job at a time we earned an incredible reputation, homeowners wrote pages of positive reviews, and things took off from there...

NJA's Mission

I started NJA Services with a dedication to providing better home improvements: high quality craftsmanship at reasonable prices, and always with the customers' satisfaction in mind. My brother is dedicated to the same. A lot has changed since I started NJA Services, but that commitment has remained. It's in our DNA, it's at the heart of everything we do, it's written into every single hand-drafted contract. I've never strayed from my dedication to customer satisfaction. Not just the finished product, but the professionalism, courtesy and respect with which each customer (and their home) is treated. I very strongly believe that other contractors don't focus enough on the individual, personalized needs of their customers. We focus all our efforts and attention on customer satisfaction (which is evident in our customer reviews). We never take on too much work, and I am at the job site every day - performing the most critical work myself - to make sure that the highest standards of customer service and quality work are being met.

You'll never have to deal with commission-paid estimators or project managers: customers work with our founding owner-operator from the 1st call throughout the entire job, and after.
