Work Description: Ceramic Tile in Bath Shower

Comments: Stylish Flooring agreed to install ceramic tile in bath shower. Work was incompetent and very poor. Upon checking with NC Secretary of State, Stylish Flooring does not hold an active LLC license . It was administratively closed in 2014. Also, company has 4 different addresses online (mostly P.O. Boxes) all are bad or moved with no forwarding address. Please be careful!!!

Work Description: Carpeting on stairs and hallway.

Comments: They were supposed to arrive on Friday afternoon. Finally, after I had called Empire a number of times to no avail, we were told they wouldn't be able to make it. Empire said I would be the first call on Saturday morning. We got a call from Empire (recording) at 7:20AM on Saturday that they were on the way. After numerous calls to Empire Customer Service and even speaking with a "Supervisor", I couldn't get an answer from them. They will not give you any information. The installers finally arrived around noon. They did an excellent job and completed the job quickly. I don't blame the installers; I blame Empire for scheduling too close and not keeping their customers updated on the situation. I would use this contractor again, but not sure I would go through Empire.

Work Description: Nathan has installed and finished floors at both my daughter's and my home.

Comments: Nathan Neal does good work. He wants his customers to be pleased. One time there was a blemish on the floor and he came right back out to take care of it.

Comments: I am In FL and Nathan Neal is in Hillsborough. I was merely having a chat about installed oak hardwood floors should I move and buy a home up there. I cannot answer the questions above except to say I am please that Nathan Neal called me promptly, answered my questions and gave me an estimate over the phone. I would use him if this all works out.
