What sets us apart from other contractors: As the General Contractor, supervision, not just coordination, of services is of utmost importance. We are on our job sites from initiation to completion of your project. We meet with each inspector pertaining to your project to ensure quality and integrity is maintained and that all state and local codes are met. It is this type of supervision on each job that has allowed us to serve our clients for nearly 50 years and be able to carry an A+rating with the Better Business Bureau.
We are best known for: Our primary services are home additions and garages. What sets our work apart from others is our design capabilities. Our additions look original to the home. We don't build a little box onto the side of your home. We integrate both exterior and interior design to result in continuity with the existing structure. We are also known for adding second stories to single story homes. Not all properties can build out due to building and zoning ordinances. To build up requires special skills in design and coordination with engineering specifications. We have that capability to ensure confidence in our structural designs.
