Comments: Josh and Rich replaced our basement shower and replaced some bad pipes etc...good job on that...but we got a bid to replace my sister’s toilet and paid $565.28 in ‘advance’...in July 2017...got one email from Josh 8/17 he would finish job...haven’t heard from him since...we have called and emailed him many times but he hasn’t got back to us....as of 12/7/17....causing frustration on our part...what’s goin on Josh? You have our money...either do the job or give it back..Bruce and Julie

Work Description: EMERGENCY PLUMBING
Comments: I was experiencing problems with my plumbing in my brand new home (leaking pipes, loose traps, etc.) which ruined our floors and ceilings. I did not want to call the company who had installed the plumbing because his workmanship was inferior and his customer service skills were terrible. I did not know where to turn.In discussing these issues with my neighbors, I discovered there was a new plumber who moved into the neighborhood. I gave Josh Rockow a call to see what he could do for me. We discussed the issues I was experiencing with my plumbing, and he offered me several solutions over the phone. I decided to have him visit my home to analyze our plumbing situation in person.
When Josh arrived, he was very friendly and willing to help us out with our plumbing problems anyway he could. Josh's high quality of service, workmanship, and prompt service resolved the issues I was experiencing with my plumbing. To this day, I will not call another plumber for my plumbing needs.
