We explain all the technical things such as:
How to go about installing under the oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, pedestal, and vanities.
What is the condition of the subfloor.
Explain how it will look when you rearrange hand-rail, or cabinets.
What kind of transition pieces we will be using for each different connections.
Whether to cut doors; due to height differences.
Whether carpet is salvagable, or not (if not, we will remove and haul them free of charge).
Explain about acclimating the wood floor.
Explain about how to take care of the floor, and what things you need after the floor is installed.
We give actual bottom line price while we do estimate, and set up a schedule date if homeowner agrees with our presentation.
We set up what date and what time for which we will come to do installation.
We say farewells before we leave the house.
