Single/Double handle bathroom/kitchen sink faucet replacement- $129 per fixture (h/o supplies all parts)
Garbage Disposal Replacement - $69 (h/o supplies disposal)
Under sink kitchen/bathroom repipe - $89 per repipe ( h/o supplies all materials)
Replace Angle stop - $40 per angle stop (water shut off angle stop provided by h/o)
Gas Water heater change out brought up to code with all modifications - $1389 (accessible water heater in garage)
Electric Water heater change out brought up to code with all modifications - $1,089 (accessible water heater in garage)
Water heater maintenance gas or electric, includes up to 3 flushes to clear sediment - $280 (garage water heater)
Water heater maintenance gas or electric, includes up to 3 flushes to clear sediment - $380 (attic or closet water heater)
Leak Detections - $189 (price is for yard or wall leak detections)
Camera and Line locate for slab leak - $350 (price is good with accessible clean out)
Wax Ring replacement- $120
Standard toilet tank rebuild - $ 189 (includes fill valve, flush valve, flapper w/chain, seal, and seal gasket)
