Comments: LA3 Improvements recently replaced 5 large windows in my condo. Lou and his team were professional, clean, fast, and on time. I highly recommend LA3 Improvements. Lou arrived on time for measurements and to provide a quote, again on time to replace the windows, and lastly on time to check with us the day after the work was complete to make sure everything was done properly and that we were satisfied with the work. Comments: Great contractor! Based on our rent experience with having our roof replaced both my husband and I heartily endorse Lou Altobelli . His prices were fair, he worked with us, answering all our questions and was flexible enough to customize our roof. The work was neat, on time, and he did NOT disappear. Overall we feel we hired someone who takes pride in their work and really enjoys doing it. Comments: After discovering a leak, and our roof being 18 years old; we choose Lou to replace our roof. He responded to my email in less than 12 hours, and had the work started in 3 days. Comments: I had my roof replaced in Sept. 2013 by LA3 Industries, operated by Lou Altobelli, and I am very pleased with the work. He was initially recommended along with several others on the neighborhood mailing list. For the initial estimate, Lou was the only one of four places I called who was able to come promptly. He offered what seemed a good price given my own expectations and other information. He provided all the information I needed about the work they would be doing and the schedule. I took a gamble and decided to have him do the roof despite not having any other estimates, preferring to get the work done soon rather than waiting for and evaluating other offers.Knowing that rain was likely the following day, Lou brought a couple of extra workers and was able to finish the job in one day! This including scraping off two layers of old shingles, replacing some sections of damaged plywood, laying down the shingles and under layers, putting in a ridge vent, and replacing the vent pipes. Cleanup after the work was thorough and rapid.
I would highly recommend LA3 to others in need of a roof.

Comments: Selected from 7 bidders . Very easy to work with. Lou answered our questions fully and promptly. Quickly provided details on other jobs done so we could actually go and see what the shingles we selected would look like and the quality of workmanship. The work was well organized and accomplished exactly as scheduled in one and a half days. Lou was there at 7am as promised and worked along side his crew to ensure a smooth start.The roof was covered overnight to avoid moisture problems.Clean up was diligent and Lou even went up on a ladder to clean the inside of our skylights.An excellent experience.

Work Description: Replaced roof and gutters - August 2013
Comments: I was in need of a new roof and contacted four roofing contractors for estimates. I called Lou after hearing a good review from one of my friends. Lou answered my call and came out the next day. He was early for the scheduled appointment and came prepared. I could tell that he had already done his homework prior to meeting with me. I have a difficult low slope roof that had stumped and surprised the other contractors. He knew exactly how he would handle that issue and explained it to me in wording that I would understand. I was impressed with his knowledge and his plan to replace my roof. Lou mentioned to me about the possibility of new gutters. I initially wasn’t sure because my previous three estimates from other contractors were very high. I am a first time homebuyer and this is my first large purchase into my house. I was nervous but Lou gave me a great price to replace my roof and gutters, which was cheaper than the other three roofing companies to replace just my roof.I decided to choose Lou with LA3 to complete my roof. He explained to me how the whole process would work. We selected a day that was good for me. To my surprise, Lou was out there ahead of time to make sure all the supplies were on-site. He moved away potted plants and covered up other flowers to prevent damage. I didn’t even ask him to do that. On the day the roof was to be replaced, they showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day. All of the flashing and vents matched my roof and shutters. The oversize gutters looked amazing and will definitely help with the leaves from my trees next to my house. I know with replacing a roof, a lot of nails and other debris get ripped up. Lou made sure the area was cleaned up and the way he found it before he showed up. The finished roof and gutters looked amazing. Lou had me do a final check and I was extremely pleased with my decision to go with Lou.
Lou is professional, confident, and thorough. Lou made this process easy and painless for me. I would have paid more knowing the quality of work I received. I had several boards needing to be replaced from water damage and Lou fixed them correctly showing me pictures on his phone of the before and after. Knowing it was being done right made the investment well worth it. I was nervous about who to choose for replacing my roof, but I definitely made the right choice. I would highly recommend Lou to replace your roof and gutters. His thoroughness and hard work showed. I have received a lot of compliments from my neighbors about my roof. I don’t normally write reviews but this was worth it.

Comments: I had a wonderful experience with Lou and Mike. Prompt, professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on replacing my roof where it was not even up to code prior. And they did it all at a fair price with a high grade roof product to boot. They were my last estimate and I guess I "saved the best for last". I plan to use them again when my investment property needs a replacement roof and have already recommended them to friends and co-workers.
