I want to recommend this Family Owned company for your
needs. I had an emergency and they come to inspect my heat
unit and they basically told me what needs to be done, provide
the best solution to my needs and financial views. since this a
family owned company the customer service is better than
others trying to get commissions from the sales. They installed
the heat unit in my home and we are very pleased. we already
have a schedule next may to come and inspect the air

Comments: I very pleased with the work JM AC INSTALLER perform at my house they where very clean very nice kept there area and they work quick to fix mi A/C. My house was very hot i have a 3 yr old daughter i was without A/C for one day they came out the same day they call me an did the installation the price was excellent lower then the other companies. My husband was very pleased with the work the crew perform they fixed every thing they said. also they installed a free wifi thermostat as a bones. Work Description: Install new evaporator coil in the attic for a 3.5 ton Carrier central air.
Comments: JMAC did not pull a proper vacuum on the system after replacing the old leaking evaporator, only 750 microns for 5 min. Their old vacuum pump was not able to pull the vacuum down to 100 to 200 microns that would normally be expected - holding the vacuum for 20 to 30 minutes is required to ensure moisture removal. They also attempted to not install a new dryer, which was discussed before the job estimate. Dryers should be replaced when major system components are changed that lead to a large loss of refrigerant. They also did not recover the refrigerant as required by law, they evacuated the 410a directly to the atmosphere. I was watching. Nice guys, but trying to be fast, without quality and concern for legal issues is not acceptable. If you are not well informed about AC, I would be careful. They were nice, and came out quick.
