Work Description: Painted a white picket fence
Comments: Trusted him based on reviews and just a gut feeling. Didn't get other quotes...big mistake. He took full advantage of my ignorance about what to pay. $2600...took him 3 hours. I even treated and pressure washed the fence, provided the paint and ordered four more gallons at his request. I was acting on my elderly mothers behalf...he made me feel and look like a fool. I guess his philosophy is " There's a sucker born every minute". What a scumbag.Portsmouth VA

Work Description: Painting Fence
Comments: I learned a very expensive lesson. Do not trust Jack M. Levi. Get your contract in writing. Mr. Levi will take advantage of you. My fence was power washed and ready for painting. I provided enough paint for 2 coats. Mr. Levi charged me $2600 for three hours work and one coat of paint. I wrote and asked him to make it right. He he did not respond.
