The management at I Construction Company (ICC) has over 23 years of construction experience, specializing in residential construction; and the organization is dedicated to establishing long-term, gratifying relationships with all of its customers. And this we feel can only be accomplished by maintenance of our uniqueness in the construction field.
For among the multitude of construction firms in the Bay Area, I Construction Company is quite unique for several reasons. And this uniqueness is first evidenced in the unparalleled service that ICC provides. For instance, ICC clearly understands that a customer's wishes/desires, starting from the initial meeting with a customer for an estimate to the conclusion of a construction project, are of paramount importance. As a result, project management at ICC listens intently to customers and constantly provides them with creative options and solutions so that the customer is equipped to make a more informed decision and hence, better able to obtain exactly the finished product they had envisioned.
The other two areas of service in which ICC excels are timeliness and quality control. Every ICC customer is presented with a contract that has a completion day in it, with language assuring the customer that for any days a project extends beyond a contractual completion date, financial penalties will be incurred by ICC (if noted in contract). In addition, customers are given timelines that specify the key starting dates of a project's stages. Finally, pertaining to quality assurance, project management is fastidious in ensuring that workmanship is maintained at every level of the construction process and all our work is warrantied.
Finally, ICC customers can be assured on many other levels that they are dealing with an extremely reputable firm. For ICC maintains all of the following: General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 Coverage), a Contractor's Bond, and a California General Contracting License. In addition, ICC has a multitude of customer references that are available upon request.

Work Description: We can't say enough about the quality of the work done. They completely remodeled our bath starting last fall. Their work is true craftsmanship. Everything was custom made for our space and installed with precision down to the millimeter. They were there everyday as scheduled. At the beginning of the work they gave us a spreadsheet showing what they would be doing every day. Except for delays caused by our making changes or additions, they completely adhered to the schedule. We had never heard of a construction company acting with such punctuality, The workman were fastidious and friendly, always concerned with our satisfaction. It was a great remodeling experience.

Comments: Gray Line Of San FranciscoWe hired I Construction Co for the remodeling of our store front here at fisherman wharf San Francisco, They did a wonderful job, The main concern for us was the timing of the project, and they finished the project 3 days ahead of the agreed schedule.
we had a few complain from neighboring stores about working longer hours then usual, but we understand they had to meet the schedule deadline and also there was few extra change order involve.
By the way they were hired by our neighboring store for interior remodel.
