Comments: Too many times in business and life, good people are not thanked when they do a great job and have shown the pride they have in their work. Your dedication and attitude to do "whatever it takes" to please the customer is so very rare nowadays. You were completely professional in every way and as pleasant to talk to as I’ve ever experienced in over 40 years of hiring contractors. Your 30 years plus of experience as a master plumber was obvious. You were able to resolve a 10 year old problem that no one else could do , and for less money than other plumbing contractors. You were totally approachable with questions we had prior to and during the repair and always with a smile on your face. To find people like you and your team is so very rare nowadays. You are absolutely THE best at what you do! We will be a loyal customer of your company forever.
