Comments: I was pleased with the work and how efficient and knowledgeable the guys were. My appointment was pushed up a couple of weeks, that was great. The only problems I have was noticing the steel beam going across the middle of the windows which obstruct the view and to me it looks a little tacky. I also notice the white nails on the brown rubber trim, which I didn’t care for either. I wish it were explained to me that the big steel beam would be visible going cross the middle of the windows, which obstruct our view, I would have not ordered the windows, but other than those two things my wife and I are pleased.Delray Beach FL

When I called to schedule install they were very professional and looked to find a date and time that would work for me. The day before the scheduled install date they called and said they had a cancelation and offered to come then. I accepted they came out and installed the door a day early. Comments: after several delays and having the wrong door (1 of them delivered) as the sales rep didn't get the specs correct when they did get to the actual work they did a great job..... the installers were efficient in what they did, but had to be reminded that part of what they were doing was not what was agreed to but when the checked with the office they found out we were correct. the office staff is very polite, but seems to be confused about scheduling.... After the beginning snafu's which I am sure are not the normal, I would hire them again...Miami FL

Comments: Although the workmanship was ok the customer service was horrific. I had scheduled an appointment with Jay on Saturday to go over the details and colors etc. No one showed up. They pulled a permit for the color white which I had no intentions of getting and then was informed that a different brown color would be an extra $395.They charged me $275 for the permit and processing when the permit was only $68. They did credit me the difference after I made two calls and was told I should be happy I received my monies back. After the job was completed there were screws and nuts all over the garage and numerous screws in my driveway. (luckily no flat). I asked not to charge my balance on my credit card until the permit was closed but they went ahead and processed it anyway without passing inspection. I did dispute the charge until it passed inspection. I received a rude call from Jay and he finished the conversation by using curse words at me. In the end if you want to be treated rudely and with a company that doesn’t value your business then use them. Otherwise I would look elsewhere.Pembroke Pines FL
