Work Description: Small Water Damage Repair
Comments: Called for an estimate for a small section of water damage in a kitchen nook. Chris was the absolute rudest person i have ever spoken to at a company. Condescending, belittling, and completely unprofessional. I stated i needed a quote to see if it's worth filing an insurance claim. He said, "It"s either an insurance claim or it's not. WHICH ONE IS IT?" my deductible is $3k for probably $3k or less of work. I was very professional with him and said I'll call someone else, as he's obviously not interested by how he's talking to me. He kept repeating "BYE BYE. BYE BYE. BYE BYE and hung up on me. Terrible excuse for a company. I'm absolutely appalled by this interaction. I hope his work is better than his mouth or he wouldnt be in business.
