Comments: I had the company come out to my home in November of last year to reseal our shower. Initially everything was going great. As you can see with my previous review. However, around Mid January I noticed that we were getting mold and some of the grout had seem to be deteriorating I waited a little bit longer wanted to see if this was going to become a bigger issue before I contacted the company. I initially emailed and asked about the warranty we spoke about prior to him completing the job. I informed him that I noticed some deterioration and wanted to have that repaired. We ended up speaking in March again about this and I was told to send pictures.I emailed pictures March 30 the day I was contacted and I was told that someone would come back out to fix the job and surprise that never happened. I sent him a text April 26 asking if he had forgotten about me?? He replied no and asked if I would give him a call. Once we spoke on the phone he then begin to backtrack and state that basically the work isn’t under warranty and this is going to happen. I stated to him that while I agree wear and tear is naturally going to occur I just didn’t think it would happen this soon since we just had the entire shower resealed. He stated again that he would have someone come back out the next time they are in this area. Well I don’t live too far from Raleigh at all and it has been months and I haven’t heard anything back. I knew it was a complete BS when we spoke on the phone and that he had no intentions of following up and having someone come back out. The last I heard from him was in April it is going to be July tomorrow and still nothing I can’t imagine that he hasn’t had any service close to this area considering that I’m only minutes away from Raleigh. We try to support local businesses and this ends up happening. It’s completely unfortunate that he’s not following up on what he said he would do. We work hard for our money and don’t like giving it away for people to then just take advantage. I should report to the Better Business Bureau but we’re just calling it a loss at this point.
