Work Description: Checked freon leaks in central air conditioner.
Comments: Rob was very professional and helpful when he looked into our problem we had with our central air conditioner. His explanations of the problem was clear and concise. He also showed us the leak while in the process of his diagnosis.He took off 10% when we shared a printed coupon his company had offered. Rob was also willing to put some of the amount we paid for his diagnosis towards the final bill if he were to replace the unit for us.
I would recommend Rob and his company, Global Cooling, LLC, to anyone I know. We felt very confident in Rob's work and highly recommend him.
