Work Description: Eco Home Improvements made my back yard beautiful again! My wood deck had been treated with a bad product which gave way to mold and the wood had to be removed. Jackie demolished the deck and rebuilt and creative beautiful deck. The block patio that was adjacent to the deck was in disrepair and he removed the old block and replaced with it with new pavers. I enjoyed my back yard all summer and will for many years to come. I will hire him for my future projects and tell my friends about him.

Work Description: This guy Jack owner of eco home improvement did a job for me that was above and beyond what we ever expected. Jack came in and spoke to us, and gave us great ideas we never thought about, so we went with the open concept kitchen, and also loved the job so much, we had him put in a new bathroom downstairs! We would recommend him to anyone!

This man requested that I (do not) use glue or liquid nails, only real finished nails to (repair) his laminate floor. I tried to explain to him, that was no good, but he (insisted) I do it his way. After I did it (his way), now he complains.

Built an entire apartment for me, with marble bathroom, crown moldings, bedroom, painting, full kitchen, laminate flooring, pocket doors, custom closet, sheetrock, two exterior doors leading to my pool area, deck, and new windows. I would recommend this contractor to anyone looking for great quality, great prices, and very reliable. He gives free estimates also.

Work Description: He was supposed to build a stoop and a walkway for me out of concrete and bluestone. He made me pay $1500 up front and buy an additional $860 worth of stone, cash out of pocket. The next day he came with two workers, one half-crocked and he sat on his cooler threatening them and yelling at them and throwing cigarette butts all over my yard and urinating in my side yard. They framed out the walk and stoop but it was done wrong, the measurements were uneven and the wood was broken and not done correctly, he didn't break up the original stoop, he didn't tamp the ground and didn't use any gravel or level anything. He filled the wood frame with broken debris from his other work site and left. I was left with garbage in my front yard, and I cannot use my front door it is a hazard to my young children. i asked him to fix it and he wouldn't and I asked him to refund or partially refund my money and he refused. He took my money and ran, he didn't fix the job, didn't finish the job, and all i got for my $1500 was cigarette butts, urine, and an unusable wood frame.

My price included materials, so I did not (make) her pay for materials, she just laid out the money. Her husband gave us permission (since they were not home), to use the backyard to smoke and urinate by the tree...I did (everything and every measurement as she requested), but she still was not satisfied. The (debris) from my other job was rocks, gravel, sand and rebar, which is exactly what you put in for a cement pour patio area. We tamped down and did everything properly, she changed her mind, so she made (excuses) to get out the contract because her husband stated that he could do the job himself, once he saw how we did it! I returned her money to her anyway out of good faith, so she got her money back anyway......
