Work Description: Faucet Replacement
Comments: Friendly guy but he doesnt guarantee his work. More interested in lining his pockets than doing right by the customer. Hired Fred to change a kitchen faucet that was leaking. He replaced the faucet and assured me I wouldn't have any future issues. JUST 3 DAYS LATER the same faucet he installed stops working. I called him back and he said I had to pay another service charge to fix the faucet he JUST replaced. After I explained how ridiculous that was he came back to try and fix it but was unable to. It was obvious the faucet was defective and I asked him to simply replace the defective faucet. He insisted it wasn't the faucet but instead an issue with the water pressure which made zero sense then wanted to charge me an extra $575 to "fix" the water pressure. I declined and simply replaced the faucet myself which he wouldn't do and it's now working normally.I wouldn't trust Fred with your plumbing needs. Find someone else who guarantees their work.
