Work Description: Foundation Construction

Comments: Horrible experience. After promising no hassle job, Richard began disputing the engineering plans and asking for $ before agreed payment timeframe. Then he walked off job when we would not agree to additional $2500 extortion and all upfront so he could cut and run. Had to file BBB complaint and may need to go to court to recover my money. Jobsite left a mess.
Unfortunately this gentleman did not have his business in order. I met with his engineering firm and they agreed to do a specific design based on his property. However mr. Lee stepped in and ordered them not to approve anything but what he had on the designs. Which was going to require more intense work then we had discussed. Unfortunately people don't understand that if there is going to be more work than there will be a change order this is something that was out of my control. Mr.lee wanted to have things done his way and not done what the engineering firm approved of. This is the only reason why there was any changes at all I'm sorry he feels that we were trying to take advantage of him however this is business and I am very sorry we were unable to come to a resolution and work with him. He would have gotten a great project just like everyone else.

Work Description: Whirlpool refrigerator wasn't dispensing ice or water.

Comments: They worked out a schedule that benefitted us both. Tech was very knowledgeable and solved the problem quickly. I would recommend them/him.
