Work Description: Kitchen Remodel
Comments: My wife and I decided to remodel the kitchen in our 17 year old house by enclosing our screened porch and opening up 3 small areas into 1 large open concept kitchen/dining/family room. Jerry and his team from Eder Construction pulled together all the drawings, ideas and information, obtained the required permits, completed the demolition and extensive structural re-engineering and put everything back together on time and within our agreed price. Any problems found along the way---and there are always those kinds of issues in a major renovation---were addressed quickly with professional results. More importantly to us, he took great care to minimize our family’s discomfort and inconvenience during the 90 day process and contributed his personal craftsmanship to the windows, cabinets, trim and finishes that he installed. All of the mechanicals and structural changes passed inspection the first time. Jerry and his team’s attention to important details and his assurance of our satisfaction---backed up by his actions during and after the project---delivered all the quality and value we were looking for in a contractor. I look for opportunities to recommend Jerry and his team because I know they did a great job on my project and will do the same for each one of their customers.-
