Work Description: Painting upstairs, 2nd story of house fascia boards and replacing rotten boards. Sheet rock repair in garage.
Comments: No contract so even with repeated e-mails, supposedly mis-understood project. Sheet rock repair adequate, but only had circular saw for wood replacement-no miter saw. Left construction trash, gutter down, soffit vent on front porch, etc. While taking large trash with them from project, also took one of my shelves which will now have to be replaced. Owner wants to do the right thing, but hard to do with 2 hr. lunch breaks.-
