Description: The Quality of cleaning standards we adhere to:

Control floor appearance by vacuuming and or sweeping them.
Mop hard surface floors.
Dust and clean horizontal surfaces (cleared surfaces of desks, chairs, tables, furniture.)
Sanitize telephones.
Empty and damp wipe ashtrays and waste receptacles.
Remove smudges around doorjambs, push plates, light switches, counters.
Restrooms: Thoroughly clean and mop with a germicide. Clean mirrors, urinal (if you have one), toilets and sinks using disinfectant/detergents. Refilling of soap and paper products will be performed with supplies furnished by you.
Remove soil on entrance door frames, handles, glass and threshold.
Sweep surface of immediate exterior entry areas.
Leave your home and furniture in a neat orderly fashion.
Report any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages.

For the initial deep clean, these are the things that we do:

Everything we would do on a weekly cleaning-plus these things.
Wash the inside of the windows.
Wipe the outside of the kitchen cabinets.
Clean the inside of the oven and the fridge.
Vacuum under the cushions of the sofa,etc.
This might take a day to finish.

When we come weekly, these are the things that we would do:
Pick up the clutter in each room.
Dust and vacuum in each room.
Bathroom: Clean the sink, tub/shower, toilet, counter tops, sweep and mop the floor.
Kitchen: Clean the counter tops sink, stove/oven, wipe the outside of the cabinets, sweep and mop the floor.


If we come more than once a week, these are the things that we would do on the light days:
Living room and children's bedroom(s): Pick up clutter.
Bathroom(s): Clean the sink and counter tops.
Kitchen: Clean the sink and the counter top, clean the top of the stove.
This would be the day that extra things and special projects would be done.
