Work Description: Last evening my toilet backed up while I was taking a shower and washing clothes; it was also raining outside. A deadly combination I suppose.
Comments: I got online the next morning and went through a site called "Networx," which shotgunned my name and number to four different plumbers. Only one of them called--Daniels'--and they were here promptly. If you call b/n 8 and 5 (like I did), they don't bill you for a trip charge and will give you a free estimate before they roll up their sleeves. Their plumber came out right away and said the line got unstuck by itself. He also checked out my water heater and whatever else he could put the eyeball to. Seemed competent. Anyway, I'm putting these guys in my "Bills File," and I sent a note to several friends in the area to keep Daniel's number handy.Conroe TX

Work Description: A clogged drain
Comments: When the plumber arrived, he tried to sell me on various options but did unclog part of the problem. 8 days later the drain clogged again and then I saw NO Warranty on the paperwork. I do not know if that is common. Using another plumber this time.Houston TX

Work Description: Toilet installation . The builders put the toilet in wrong causing leaking and erusion. He explained in detail what was going on. And what needed to be done to properly fix it . He didn't over charge me. And I would use him again.
