Comments: Horrible! Worst contractor that I’ve ever had.Steve with Creative Tile Works was; rude, messy (peeing on my bathroom floor & breaking off my toilet stray) didn’t protect my furniture when doing demo work, didn’t clean up demo tiles, caused damage on the wall during demo (that I had to pay to fix). Furthermore the shower cracked within less than a month of being done and the floor separated because the floor wasn’t leveled out first.
The whole reason I hired him was because of his bid amount. After the job was done without discussion or reason, increased the amount by more than $1000.
Furthermore, when I went to pay he only accepts Venmo. First payment I gave him a check skills he was at my house. Final payment he already left wouldn’t provide an address or alternate payment. I paid him via PayPal which he never claimed. After 30 days it was returned to me. I reached out to see how to pay him he REFUSED to provide a method of payment.
I’m still scrambling trying to figure out how to pay this joker.
